A beautiful show of cascading light and translucent blue tones creates this breath taking pendant design from Berry’s OPEIA collection. The 125th-anniversary line is characterised by comet-inspired formations using round brilliant-cut diamonds and a selection of aquamarine gemstones that signify the importance of the number five in this collection. The five generations of Berry’s Jewellers are referenced in the infinite circular shape of the pendant with a negative inverted space inside that makes a five-pointed star shape. The focus on the Cassiopeia constellation itself tips its hat to the northern roots of the company and was a constellation named after Queen Cassiopeia, mother of Andromeda. This captivating OPEIA pendant is crafted from polished 18ct white gold and features a total of five round brilliant-cut aquamarine gemstones placed around the circle. These colourful stones are connected by a line of graduating claw-set round brilliant-cut diamonds that echo the way that moving comets leave a trail of shimmering light behind them as they glide through a rich blanket of black sky at night. The white gold aquamarine and diamond OPEIA pendant hangs effortlessly from a matching white gold chain that measures a length of 18 inches. It secures to the back of the neck with a lobster-style clasp and a B-shaped charm to mark an authentic handmade creation from Berry’s Jewellers. The aquamarine gemstones in this design amount to 0.56 carats and the diamonds, which have a colour and clarity grading of G and VS, amount to a total weight of 0.25 carats.
