These beautiful stud earrings from the OPEIA jewellery collection by Berry’s Jewellers are a nod to 125 years of authentic craftsmanship and the five generations that have formed the backbone to our company. The OPEIA collection takes its name from the Cassiopeia constellation – found in the Northern sky that was named after Queen Cassiopeia, mother of Andromeda. Just as imaginary lines connect one star to another when forming a constellation, the infinite shape of each diamond-encrusted circle seen in the OPEIA jewellery collection is connected in a fluid and flowing way. Running throughout this dramatic and influential OPEIA jewellery collection is a strong focus on family, depicted by the repeated shape of the classic circle, infused with bursts of light inspired by shooting stars and formed by the timeless round brilliant-cut diamond acting as a comet in motion across the night sky. Leading the trails of light in this pair of OPEIA stud earrings is a round brilliant-cut ruby gemstone. The cool blue tones of these five gemstones are followed by a line of graduating round brilliant-cut diamonds in claw settings. The design has been crafted from polished 18ct white gold and secures with a classic post and butterfly fastening. The five round brilliant-cut ruby gemstones amount to 1.11 carats.
